New GM Food Laws Hit Hurdle

As of September 1, producers in Russia will be legally required to label any product containing more than 0.9 percent genetically modified (GM) ingredients. However, law enforcers look set to run into difficulties as experts warn that Moscow lacks the necessarily facilities to carry out tests.
