Opel is planning to present a new hybrid concept car at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show: the Opel Corsa Hybrid. The Opel Corsa Hybrid will be powered by a 1.3 CDTI ecoFLEX engine with 119 g CO2 per kilometer.
