Daas Blond and Daas Witte beers are the only Belgian produced beers to carry both the Certsys Belgium and UK Soil Assoc organic certifications and is now available in selected bars and fine restaurants in the UK.
Daas produces a fine range of Beers and the Daas Organic Blond beer will be the first available end September at leading retailers and specialist bars and restaurants. Daas Blond is the authentic Belgian strong golden beer, its honey spice aroma and perfect balance of bitter sweet flavours are followed by a classic dry hop finish. A perfect aperitif beer.
Daas Organic beers are “bottle conditioned.” This means that the beer are naturally fermented for a second time in the bottle, in a similar way to the production of Champagne. A bottle-conditioned beer will still taste superb many months after the pasteurized equivalent has become un-drinkable.
Spokeswoman for Daas UK says, ” For many people it is not a question of drowning a few cold beers as possible, it is more a question of finding the right taste, the right beer for the right occasion. So it would seem that even as Wine is becoming more the drink of the people beer is becoming more the drink of the connoisseurs, with its dedicated bars and its proponents who will pair it with food, describe the beer’s organoleptic profile and tout different beers as if they were…wine”.
Daas beers are hand crafted beers and produce around ten brews in a year, so as the production is smaller than well known breweries they aim to delivery a Organic beer of extremely high quality and full of tradition.
