Video: Feds Expect Ave. Household Energy Costs To Rise 11% This Winter

Guy Caruso, Administrator at DOE's Energy Information Administration, said average household energy costs will increase 11% over the 2007-08 winter months. Speaking at an Energy Newsmaker hosted by the United States Energy Association and cosponsored by BP America and PricewaterhouseCoopers and available exclusively on Energypolicytv.com, Caruso said home heating oil prices will average $3.05 this winter, up significantly from last winter.
