B.C. Makes Climate Change the Law!

Well here it is another case where we see governments either city, local, provincial, or regional make it's stance on climate change legislation before federal our federal government. Its seems that beautiful British Columbia is making another addition to climate change legislation by making their climate change targets part of the law.
