Peruvian artisans have now an outlet to sell their products in the US with the creation of the fair trade online store "Inca Kids" .
The products offered are all handmade and made to order in unprivileged communities. Most of the products are 100% Alpaca wool or 100% Peruvian Cotton with natural and ecological dyes.
Included in the offering, there is a line of products created with materials recycled from other items or from local factories. The technique called "Arpillera" is very time consuming and is totally handmade. Not only 2 products are the same. Little bits of fabric are cut and handstitched to create landscapes and traditional images.

This technique is taught early and is mastered in the different communities.Â
