Video: Senate Committee Passes the Lieberman/Warner Climate Security Act

The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee reports out S. 2191, the Lieberman Warner Climate Security Act. The Act would create a nationalcap-and-trade system for carbon emissions which are blamed for climate change.
