Prove your statement!
If I take what your article states correctly, if you drink coffee you increase the risk for RA due to the caffeine ("people who consume a lot of caffeine face twice the amount of risk of developing arthritis"). BUT you also state that the same thing will happen if you drink decaf coffee ("Studies suggest that consuming more than three cups of coffee a day, whether regular or decaf increases the risk of RA.").
You can't have it both ways. WHAT studies say decaf coffee promotes RA??? Probably these studies were done by the company selling your product, a soy based coffee substitute.
