The first standard-framed home in the State of California to receive LEED platinum designation*. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is a hallmark of high building standards for meeting green specifications. The home, now complete features nearly 100 environmental and energy-saving concepts to meet this goal. This residence contains no toxins in the finished materials.
