Green Industry Investments Hit $1 Trillion

The Dow Jones Financial News recently called 2008 "the year to forget" and with the credit crunch from the sub-prime mortgage crisis, even politicians are talking about recession--something practically unheard of in an election year. Amid all the concern, investors would probably like to know that there is one market which recently broken the $1 trillion barrier and investment bankers are saying that the industry is only just starting to pay off. The industry in question is, of course, is green.
