There should be no doubt in any American's mind as to the amount of work and dedication the military provides every day, but what many don't know much about is the fourth arm of defense, United States Merchant Marines. Since 1875, MEBA (the Marine Engineers Beneficial Association) has provided specialized labor, which includes US Coast Guard Licensed Deck and Engineering officers. Located in Easton , Maryland , MEBA is a world renowned training facility, which is now looking to branch to an international fleet of skilled labor, specifically in liquefied natural gas.
