Sudhakar Kesavan, Chairman & CEO, ICF International, shares his insight on how "going green" makes good business sense. He explains why ICF International, a global management, technology and policy consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, VA,  decided to enter a carbon offset purchase agreement and undertake other energy efficiency measures to fully offset carbon emissions from its 23 offices worldwide by April.  Kesavan says that companies that decide to reduce carbon emissions, especially those with ambitious programs to become carbon neutral, will experience "an improvement in employee retention and morale and the bottom line."
