Sounds too good to be true? Of course the Toyota fellows didn't put something like that under the Prius hood! It's obvious why! We wouldn't consume any petrol inside the city! The batteries would have been charged at all times! Tesla had many innovations I am not familiar with and this is one. I will present this to our chief physicist to get his reaction. But if this did work I would just think that the engineers at Toyota would have used it already on the Prius (I'm gonna look under my hood to make sure they didn't).
