The earth is getting warmer and warmer with each year that passes and that means we're going to see some significant changes in the land around us. For a few lucky places, global warming means positive things. However, a great number of places aren't going to be nearly so lucky.

A fifth of the US corn crop is now used to brew ethanol for motor fuel, and as farmers have planted more corn, they have cut acreage of other crops, particularly soybeans. End result cooking oil shortage and wheat shortages.

A mix of 15 current, in-construction and planned green architectural treasures from around the world. They all have one thing in common: sustainability. If the world wants to do something about global warming then we need to change more than just how we live, we need to change what we live in.
