Okay so there are lots of companies that are making strides to become eco-friendly. Very often it is a thin line between “greenwashing†and actual improvements but that is a different story all together. So I’m doing my usual perusing around the web today and I come across a story that almost knocks me off my feet, Nike is the most eco-friendly practicing business!

Nike Talks Trash
We have talked about Nike before on this site about their new sustainability program and I think it is still fair to say that no ones really sure if this is for real yet. However, one thing is for sure, and that is they now have some actual product to support their claims.
Nike just recently released their Steve Nash sponsored Nike “Trash Talk†shoes. The Nike “Trash Talk†is the first performance basketball shoe made from manufacturing waste straight from the Nike plant.
