When Jason Finnis launched his eco-textile company in the 1990s, he heard a lot of jokes about products made with natural fibres like hemp.

What started out as a way to earn extra cash selling organic t-shirts from a booth several years ago quickly became the foundation of her plan to starting her own business, with her natural concern for the environment Ms. Soto set off to create her new green fashion company.
