Great article from MSNBC describing a study that found that men that eat more than seven eggs per week (not uncommon) are at a greater risk of dying early. There have been studies like this before but the results were usually mixed. This study was pretty conclusive. They also recommendations on what to substitute for your favorite breakfast food. A must read for all men who love eggs for breakfast.

Eggs Exonerated

Looks like the egg is making a healthy comeback and not considered the high cholesterol causing culprit that we thought it was. But, as with any food, moderation is still key.
