Reeling from a depressed stock, the coffee icon is trying to reposition itself by going greener, listening to customers via web 2.0, retraining and more. But will it work? A lot of people love to hate Starbucks...

After years of refusing to accept the offers of these chains, the Government of Cuzco finally approved the opening of their stores in the Main Square! It was a sad day for many Peruvians....

Should I stay or should I go?  Or could I at least have a cup of coffee without throwing millions of paper cups in the trash?  This is maybe why I've never met any environmentalists at Starbucks.
