Global Conduct has a great fair trade website which not only acts as an online store but does a really great job of giving transparent information on fair trade handicrafts and the people who make their products. They also have links to the Australian and International Fair Trade Associations. There is something for everyone in their range of handcrafted products with some of the embroidered products being museum quality traditional craft.

Handcrafted, Natural, Recycled, Fair Trade Jewelry from Ecuador
(via www.caipocha.com)
Three artisans who work in the jungle, mountains and coast of Ecuador got sick of getting exploited selling wholesale and decided to make their own website...carvings, ceramic, silver, beadwork, macrame, etc, etc, etc. Lots of the recycled stuff has already been sold, there will be more soon. Still lots of vegetable ivory and coconut pieces available. Everything is shipped from the United States.
