Green collar jobs are not taking root as employment options and the workforce is expected to grow to 40 million workers over the next two decades.

The November issue of Women's Health will be the "Blue Issue." Dedicated to water, the magazine will address the importance of preserving theplanet's greatest natural resource, dive into the problems surrounding our waters, and educate individuals about ways theycan take action. The magazine will feature guest editors, Philippe and Alexandra Cousteau, the grandchildren of JacquesCousteau and the founders of EarthEcho International.
