Michelin is launching a new energy-awareness campaign designed to measure how much fuel is being saved by cars using its tires. Michelin has erected four "green" meters in Paris, Berlin, New York and Shanghai, which show in real time the level of fuel savings and reductions in carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions since 1992 - when Michelin first introduced its low-rolling resistance tires.
