Indiana's state government is seeing tremendous success in its rebate program to replace traditional heating and air conditioning units with geothermal systems. Since the program launched on Oct. 1, the state has approved $186,400 in rebates from a $500,000 fund.

An entire subdivision is now exclusively heat & cooled by geothermal. It's not in Denmark... it's in Tennessee.

An Indiana land developer was recently surprised to discover the amount of interest an all-geothermal subdivision yielded. Although not the first all-geothermal community for Indiana, it may be the largest.
