The H-Prize Act of 2007, sponsored by Representatives Dan Lipinski and Bob Inglis, has passed the House and offers $50 million in incentives for breakthrough hydrogen technology for the automotive sector that that will mean fewer emissions and less dependence upon foreign oil.
